This bill amends the Multinational Species Conservation Funds Semipostal Stamp Act of 2010 by requiring the U.S. Postal Service to make the stamp available to the public for at least 10 years rather than 6 years. The public must be given the choice of two stamps, one depicting an African elephant and another depicting a tiger.
