(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary has been expanded because action occurred on the measure.) (Sec. 1) This bill provides that an order by the Department of the Interior imposing a moratorium on federal coal leasing shall not take effect unless Interior submits the order to Congress and a joint resolution of approval is enacted by Congress within 30 legislative days of receipt.
