Transparency For Wounded Warriors Act This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide a member of the uniformed services whose claim for traumatic injury under Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance is denied, at the time of such denial, a legal analysis of the denial and the information the VA relied on in making such decision. The VA may not use any reasoning not articulated in such analysis or information not provided to justify a further denial on appeal.
