Cormorant Control Act This bill directs the Department of the Interior to reissue the final rule that was published on May 28, 2014, relating to the extension and revision by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service of certain depredation orders allowing for the taking of double-crested cormorants (a species of migratory birds) to protect stock at aquaculture facilities and to protect public resources, without regard to any other provision of a statute or regulation that applies to the issuance of such rule. The bill prohibits such reissuance (including this bill) from being subject to judicial review and from abrogating or otherwise having any effect on the order and judgment issued by the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in Case Number 14-CV-01807-JDB on May 25, 2016.
