Federal School Meals Parity Act This bill increases the reimbursement rates for the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam under the Department of Agriculture (USDA) school meal and child nutrition programs, including the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program. The bill also requires USDA to report on the reimbursement rates and costs for providing meals and supplements under the programs in U.S. territories and in the states.
