Securing Airspace For Emergency Responders Act This bill amends the federal criminal code to prohibit the unauthorized operation of an unmanned aircraft over a wildfire. A violator is subject to criminal penalties—a fine, a prison term of at least one year, or both.
To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the use of unauthorized unmanned aircrafts over wildfires.
