Restoring Our Commitment to Renewable Fuels Act of 2018 This bill revises the Renewable Fuel Program. If the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) gives exemptions to small refineries from their renewable fuel obligations during a year, then the EPA must reallocate each gallon of renewable fuel covered by such exemptions to refineries, blenders, distributors, and importers subject to a renewable fuel obligations for that year.
