This bill amends the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require an institution that creates and distributes student-identification cards to include on such cards phone contact information for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, the Crisis Text Line, and either the campus mental-health program or the local nonemergency line. An institution that does not create and distribute such cards shall publish such information on its website.
