Declares that the House of Representatives: (1) has learned with profound regret and sorrow of the death of George Herbert Walker Bush, 41st President of the United States of America; and (2) tenders its deep sympathy to the members of his family in their bereavement. Declares that when the House adjourns on December 3, 2018, it stand adjourned as a further mark of respect to the memory of the former President.
