Reaffirms the centrality to U.S. interests of preserving free and fair elections and advancing democratic institutions in the Western Hemisphere. Rejects actions by: (1) the government of Venezuela that damage its election credibility, and (2) the Russian Federation and other hostile state or non-state actors to interfere with Western Hemisphere elections.
