Thurgood Marshall's Elementary School Study Act This bill directs the Department of the Interior to conduct a special resource study of the public school located in West Baltimore, Maryland, that former Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall attended as a youth and any other resources in the surrounding neighborhood that relate to his early life. Interior shall: (1) evaluate the study area's national significance; and (2) determine the suitability and feasibility of designating it as a unit of the National Park System.
