Standardizing Testing and Accountability Before Large Elections Giving Electors Necessary Information for Unobstructed Selection Act or the STABLE GENIUS Act This bill requires the principal campaign committee of a candidate for President to file a report with the Election Assistance Commission containing the results of a medical examination of the candidate conducted by a medical office under the jurisdiction of the Department of the Navy after the candidate has won the nomination of a political party.
