Banning Microtargeted Political Ads Act This bill generally prohibits online platforms (e.g., websites, mobile applications, and social networks) from disseminating political advertisements that are targeted to an individual or a specific group of individuals based on personal information, other than place of residence, that is linked to a specific individual or device.
