To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for the establishment or operation of a center to be known as the Emergency Mental Health and Substance Use Training and Technical Assistance Center.
This bill requires the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration to provide technical assistance to certain organizations to expand access to and awareness of mental health and substance use prevention and treatment services during the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) emergency.
