Community Economic Development Center Support Act of 2020 This bill requires the Minority Business Development Agency to carry out a grant program for supplying financial and technical assistance, through eligible intermediaries, to minority-serving economic development organizations. Such organizations must provide services to benefit certain low- and moderate-income persons and small businesses with annual revenues of less than $500,000.
