Military Dependents School Meal Eligibility Act of 2020 This bill revises requirements for the food and nutrition programs of the Department of Agriculture to allow direct certification of dependent children in households of active duty members of the Armed Forces for the school meal programs. State agencies must establish procedures to certify child dependents of active duty members whose income does not exceed 185% of the federal poverty line for the school meal programs.
