USA FREEDOM Reauthorization Act of 2020 This bill modifies provisions related to foreign intelligence surveillance. Among other things, the bill (1) repeals authorities providing for ongoing access to call detail records; (2) requires the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to decide whether to declassify a significant Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court decision within 180 days of the decision; and (3) requires government officers to disclose all relevant information, including any exculpatory information, when applying for a court order under certain foreign surveillance authorities.
