Educator Jobs Fund Act of 2020 This bill establishes through FY2030 the Educator Jobs Funds, from which the Department of Education (ED) must award grants to states and, through them, subgrants to local educational agencies (LEAs) to retain and create education jobs. Additionally, the bill establishes and provides funds for the Personal Protective Equipment Fund, from which ED must award grants to LEAs to purchase sanitizing equipment, purchase personal protective equipment, and hire staff to implement safety protocols. Finally, the bill provides FY2021 funds to ED for teacher and school leader residency programs.
