Fair Housing Enforcement Emergency Act of 2021 This bill provides funds for fair housing organizations and state and local civil rights agencies to respond to and investigate fair housing complaints and housing discrimination resulting from the COVID-19 (i.e., coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic.
Referred to the Committee on Financial Services, and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
