Victims' Voice and Transparency Act This bill prohibits the imposition of a nondisclosure agreement as a condition of receiving an award or settlement in connection with certain violations of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995, including discriminatory practices and harassment that occurs in legislative branch offices.
