Maintaining Objectionable Orders Narrows the Sick's Hope for Organ Transplants Act of 2022 or the MOONSHOT Act of 2022 This bill prohibits hospitals, as a condition of Medicare participation, from removing an individual from an organ transplant list, refusing to add an individual to a list, or otherwise adjusting the status of an individual on a list, based on whether the individual has been vaccinated against COVID-19.
