Bobby Moran Soldier's Medal Retirement Act This bill removes the cap on additional retired pay for extraordinary heroism in the line of duty (during active duty service) for members of the Army and Air Force who served during the Vietnam Era (i.e., the period beginning August 5, 1964, and ending on March 27, 1973).
