Protecting the Safety of Air Traffic Control and the Aviation System Act This bill directs the Federal Aviation Administration to issue specific regulations and policy, where appropriate, on cybersecurity and cyber threat management related to the national airspace system (which includes air traffic control facilities and airports) and aircraft.
