Office of Personnel Management Reform Act This bill provides statutory authority for the mission of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), establishes the Chief Management Officer and a temporary Federal Workforce Advisory Committee, and specifies additional requirements for the appointment of the OPM Director and the removal of the OPM Director or Deputy Director.
