EANS Extension Act This bill extends the availability of funds for the Emergency Assistance to Non-Public Schools (EANS) program. The EANS program provides services or assistance to eligible nonpublic schools to address educational disruptions caused by the COVID-19 emergency. Specifically, the bill extends through September 30, 2023, the availability of funds provided for the EANS program by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. The bill also extends through September 30, 2024, the availability of funds provided for the EANS program by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
