PHE Congressional Review Act This bill requires Congress to regularly review whether to continue or end a declared public health emergency. Specifically, each chamber of Congress must meet within six months of a declaration of a national public health emergency, and every six months thereafter until the emergency ends, to consider a vote on a joint resolution as to whether to end the emergency.
