Prohibiting Nationalization of American Companies and Investments Act of 2023 This bill prohibits Ukraine from using any U.S. government-provided funds for the nationalization, expropriation, forced liquidation, seizure, or imposition of restrictions on the rights of shareholders over property in Ukraine that is owned directly or indirectly by U.S. investors, including interests in a publicly traded company.
