Criminalizing Abused Substance Templates Act of 2024 This bill makes it a crime to knowingly possess a pill press mold with the intent to manufacture a counterfeit substance in schedule I or II of the Controlled Substances Act. A violator is subject to criminal penalties—a prison term of not more than 20 years and a fine.
