A significant provision of the bill outlines expedited legislative procedures for Congress to consider the Commission's recommendations. These "Commission bills" will be placed immediately on the calendar in both the House and Senate, with waived points of order, limited debate, and no amendments allowed, facilitating a swift up-or-down vote on the proposed repeals and savings distributions. The Commission is authorized up to $30,000,000 and will terminate approximately five years after its establishment, also submitting a final report summarizing its work.
