Furthermore, the bill aims to ensure accountability for the Alyaksandr Lukashenka regime through sanctions for its human rights abuses and support for Russia's aggression in Ukraine. The dialogue will also work to facilitate the release of political prisoners and support Belarusian language, cultural programs, independent media, and civil society to restore democratic institutions.
