Additionally, the legislation mandates the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct an analysis of the DoD's requirements development process. This analysis will determine if current processes intentionally or unintentionally exclude biobased products, with a report and recommendations for reducing such exclusion due to congressional defense committees within one year of enactment.
