This bill amends the One Big Beautiful Bill Act to create a temporary exception to the standard parole fee for certain non-citizens. This exception allows for the parole of an alien to participate in sacred Tribal or religious ceremonies, cultural exchanges, or celebrations . For a two-year period, the Secretary of Homeland Security may grant this parole if a significant public benefit is determined and the alien undergoes a preliminary criminal background check. Additionally, the alien must present a written request from a federally recognized Indian Tribe located near the Southwest border, be enrolled in one of their cultural participant programs, and pay a reduced fee of $200 .
