This Act aims to enhance accessibility and clarity for small business concerns seeking federal contract opportunities. It requires that all covered notices published by federal agencies on the single Government-wide point of entry be written in a manner that small businesses can easily understand, ensuring they are clear, concise, and well-organized. Furthermore, these notices must incorporate key words in their descriptions to enable small businesses to readily identify and comprehend relevant contract opportunities when searching the government's central procurement portal. The Administrator of the Small Business Administration is tasked with issuing rules to implement these new requirements within 90 days of the Act's enactment, without authorizing additional funds.
